Listen to me closely: I want you to understand that being shaken is not the same thing as being shattered.
We are living in times where the ground beneath our feet feels unstable. Whether it is the economy, your career, or the private battles you fight behind closed doors, the “shaking” is real. But I came to bring you a word of resilience: You may be rattled, but you are not ruined.
The Anatomy of the Shake
The shaking is inevitable. Even the strongest structures in the world are designed to sway during an earthquake; if they were perfectly rigid, they would snap.
When life begins to tremble, you must realize that God allows the shaking to reveal what is unshakable within you. It is a filtering process. Everything that is not built on the Rock will fall away, so that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.
Guard Your Core
I want to challenge you today: Don’t let what is happening to you get inside of you. * You can lose your house, but don’t lose your peace.
If the enemy can break your spirit, he can control your future. But as long as your soul remains anchored in the Word of God, you have the “bounce-back” factor. You have the DNA of a conqueror.
The Power of “Yet”
Resilience is found in the word “Yet.” It is the ability to look at a barren field and say, “Though the fig tree does not blossom, yet will I rejoice in the Lord.” Your resilience is your greatest weapon. It tells the world—and the devil—that your worship is not for sale and your faith is not dependent on your circumstances. If you are still breathing, God is still building.
My Declaration Over You
“You might be pressed on every side, but you are not crushed. You might be perplexed, but you are not in despair. You are being refined, not consumed. Stand tall, keep your head up, and remember: the shaking is only making you stronger.“
You are Shaken, but by the grace of God, you are NOT Broken
